Power Teams 
In addition to the relationships formed with other members of the chapter and a joint determination to support everyone within our group, we also have smaller synergistic groups called Power teams. 
These are related professions that work with the same clients but supply different products or services. 
Through regular team meetings and extended 121s, they build a better understanding of each other’s businesses in order to generate a higher number of better quality referrals, as well as having the ability to team up for big tenders. 
I joined BNI Compton in 2013, 6 months after setting up my business. 
My Insurance broker invited me along to help me meet a group of new contacts. After a couple of visits, I wanted to be part of this dynamic and friendly group of business people. 
Since joining, we have received over £230K worth of new and repeat business and passed referrals to other members which have turned into £450K of new business. 
BNI Compton isn’t just about winning new business but it’s about meeting likeminded people who can share best practices.
